If you and your clinician decide to continue your esketamine therapy, you move into maintenance. From week nine onward, visits are typically every two weeks or once a week. The goal is to find the least frequent schedule that maintains your results, which may extend for additional weeks or months. Duration depends on your goals, daily functioning, and symptom stability. Your plan remains flexible and personalized, and we will adjust it as your needs change.
A typical Spravato® session includes a brief check-in, dosing with esketamine nasal spray under supervision, and observation before discharge. You will rest comfortably while our team monitors you and answers questions. If a session is missed, we reassess and adjust the upcoming schedule to keep you on track.
